SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Business Name

These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern SMS/text messages sent by Jill Judge Real Estate LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

After you opt in, we may send you text messages limited to the following types of communications:

• Reminders related to your real estate transaction, appointments, or scheduled events.
• Alerts and time-sensitive updates regarding your transaction, property, or matters you have asked us to follow up on.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the activity of your transaction and the nature of the reminders or alerts being sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your wireless provider may apply to each message sent or received. We are not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out & Help Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to start receiving messages again, you may sign up as you did the first time.

6. Supported Carriers

We support most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
